2026 SMLL Fall Ball

Santa Monica Baseball is back for Fall 2026!

Registration will open May 30th and will close August 16 at 11:59 pm, at which point the Fall Ball waiting list will open up through the third week of the season. Sign up to secure your spot!

Our Season will start with practice the first week of September, and games starting on Sunday, September 13th. Practices will be during the week and games will be on Sundays. The season will last until mid-November.

This year, SMLL will offer SEVEN divisions of play, with a limited number of teams forming for players of various ages.

The age groups available are T-ball (ages 4-5), Coach pitch (ages 5-6) Machine Pitch (ages 6-8), AA (ages 8-10), AAA (ages 9-11) Majors (age 11-12) and Juniors (ages 13-14).

We recommend you register you child for the League Age appropriate division that you plan on playing in Spring 2027. If your child's age falls into two different age groups and you are unsure which one to enroll your child in, please reach out to the registrar, Zach Johnson, at [email protected].

Each team will have one practice per week and one game per week. FALL BALL is an instructional season, so please note coaches and friend preference in your registration notes so that we can roster teams accordingly.

Season fees start at $250, with an Early Bird discount of $199 through July 1st at 11:59pm.

To register your child, start by choosing their "LEAGUE AGE." The Age Determination Date for a Little League Baseball player is the actual age of a child as of August 31 of the current year. For example, If your child was born January 10, 2019, then your child is league age 8. The Little League Age Chart has been updated for the 2026-2027 season, so please refer to the below dates to see what age division to sign your player up for:

Age 5: September 1st, 2021-August 31st, 2022

Age 6: September 1st, 2020-August 31st, 2021

Age 7: September 1st, 2019-August 31st, 2020

Age 8: September 1st, 2018-August 31st, 2019

Age 9: September 1st, 2017-August 31st, 2018

Age 10: September 1st, 2016-August 31st, 2017

Age 11: September 1st, 2015-August 31st, 2016

Age 12: September 1st, 2014-August 31st, 2015

Age 13: September 1st, 2013-August 31st, 2014

Age 14: September 1st, 2012-August 31st, 2013

Please note that this is for registration purposes only based on Little League International Standards and MAY NOT be the final Divisional player for your player.

Final rostering decisions will be determined by a player's experience level and feedback from prior managers that your player played for.

Fill out all fields, including requested teammates, coaches, and divisions. In Fall Ball, our volunteer commissioners try to honor all requests to the best of their ability. Most league age players are rostered with kids their age, but parents can request specific divisions in the registration process by emailing questions to the Registrar at [email protected].
